This property can comfortably sleep 13 guests within its three stories. Every level of this home features a balcony or veranda that gives everyone the options to do some relaxing in an outdoor space. This home features two master bedrooms each with their own private bathroom suites. The master on the first floor has a beautiful porcelain soaking tub as well as a walk in frameless shower. The second floor features an open floor plan, large kitchen, dining, and living room area, with a beautiful screened in balcony over looking the greens. The second level provides enough space for the whole group to mingle in one place without being on top of each other. Laundry room with a brand new full sized water dryer set and powder room is also located on the second floor. The 3rd floor features a 3rd King size bed as well as another room with a full size bed and a twin pull out.

One of our favorite amenities is the tram, we never have to walk to the beach or the pool. We love the community pool Seacrest offers to guests and owners. It is about 12,000 square feet and is only a walk away from dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

This neighborhood is very well laid out. They thought of everything to make this area perfect for a vacation.
