This updated and gorgeous three-story house has 5 bedrooms total, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, in addition to a half bathroom located near the first-floor living space. Each level also has outdoor living spaces, with 5 private balconies and porches in a peaceful setting. The separate carriage house has a bedroom with it’s own living room, kitchenette and desk area, offering privacy. The garage has been converted into a rec room with a ping pong table and dart board. It has a maximum capacity of 12, but 10 is recommended for all adults. An easy walk to Peddlers Pavilion, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, the Lagoon Pool and the beach. Don’t miss the lovely views of the sunrise or sunset on the third floor balcony and escape into paradise!
